This old wagon wheel chandelier can be restored to it's original color, or re-painted again (definitely needs a little job done!)
The wiring is fine.
It has 24"1/2 in diameter. Only 3 glass sconces (but you can buy them at any place for about $3 each).
Asking $29 obo.
The smaller wheels are 18" & 16" in diameter, and will sell for $8 each.
