Luca is a gorgeous, 1 year old, black and white, American Pit Bull Terrier, who had a rough start in life, but is now anxiously waiting to find a home to call his very own and start the next chapter in his life. Luca is an endearing, love bug, with a goofy spring in his step and you cant help but fall in love with this boy from the moment you meet him. He's a sweet boy, who just wants to experience all life has to offer. He enjoys everything from car rides and running errands to taking day trips hiking or going to the dog park to make new friends. He also enjoys visiting the assisted living community for the elderly or just hanging around the house playing with his toys. He gets along well with other dogs, has had some exposure to cats, and enjoys everyone from the elderly to adults to children. Luca knows his commands and walks very well on a leash, however we always recommend a dog continue to further their education. While hes an easygoing boy, he is still a young boy, who has energy to burn. A consistent exercise regimen is essential for him and he would do best in a home with an active individual/couple/family. He even knows how to use the treadmill!
