This position requires at least 1 year of Call Center Experience and/or a College degree.

This position requires PC skills such as:

The ability to navigate between multiple windows.
Perform various functions in a window-based environment.
Working knowledge of programs such as Word, Excel, etc.

There will be a MANDATORY accelerated 18 day training program. Attendance is critical, frequent lateness and absences will hinder you from successfully completing this course, which is a requirement for proceeding on to the next phase. This course will be held in the Stratford location during daytime hours (9:00am-5: 30pm)

The schedule after training is 3p-11p

Dependability in the call center is CRITICAL.
