Job Requirements:

One year experience as a call center representative.
OR
One year experience as a Bank taller.
OR
Associate degree/ 60 collage credits.

Job required of handling high volume of calls to resolve account discrepancy, billing issues, customer inquiries, and concerns. Individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling conflict issues.
This person must possess excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills. In addition, must be customer oriented and able to effectively communicate.
